In the podcast, actor Oren Schrijver, who has been part of the production since the very first season, and producer Fred Boot take listeners through the creation, development, and impact of the musical. Together with actors, creatives, and backstage team members, they look back on the production that became one of the most successful and longest-running musicals in Dutch theatre history.

Guests include Matteo van der Grijn, Anne Lamsvelt, Henriëtte Tol, Tijn Docter, director Theu Boermans, writer Edwin de Vries, actors and resident directors Kevin Schoonderbeek and Raymond Paardekooper, Head of Hair & Make-up Mindy Broek, Head of Costume Maudy van Halteren, and company managers Rudy Hellewegen and Jan-Willem van den Heuvel.

In addition to the story of Erik Hazelhoff Roelfzema and his fellow students, the podcast also tells the behind-the-scenes story of a production that held a special place in the Dutch theatre landscape for sixteen years. From the first rehearsals and creative choices to memorable audience moments and the daily reality behind the scenes, the podcast offers a unique insight into the making of a production that made theatre history.
