Coco Hermans is a well-known name in the radio world. Previously, she served as Radio Director at Radio 538 (Talpa) and Content Manager at NPO Radio 2, among other roles. She currently runs her own management agency.

Hermans will take over the duties of Martijn Zuurveen, who recently left. It was previously announced that SLAM! has a new Station Director in the person of Frederique van Dalen. 

100% NL is the national station featuring the most Dutch music, interspersed with international hits that everyone can sing along to. The station is part of Mediahuis Radio, which also includes the stations Radio Veronica, SLAM!, Sublime, and the associated themed channels. Last year, Mediahuis Radio was the fastest-growing station group in the Netherlands, largely due to the significant growth of Radio Veronica. For example, its market share rose by 24% to 11.9% in the 20-59 age group and by 16% to 9.4% in the 13+ age group. Other brands under Mediahuis include De Telegraaf, Dumpert, and NRC.
