Military pilot Dominique Schreinemachers speaks in Return to Base with female role models

Dominique Schreinemachers is a military pilot, behavioral psychologist, and founder of the Boost Company. As a helicopter pilot, she was shot at by the Taliban in Afghanistan in 2009. She narrowly avoided crashing in enemy territory and managed to reach the American camp just in time. At the Boost Company, she combines her background as a military pilot and her expertise in behavioral psychology to train teams and individuals to reach their full potential, moving from individualism to unity. But Dominique's stories don't stand alone, so she talks to other women she respects and who inspire her with their endless drive and unique stories.
She speaks with, among others, the world's first female F-16 pilot (Manja Blok), a private detective (Vanessa Middelkoop), and the first female head of a cardiac surgery department in Europe (Jolanda Kluin).
