Mediahuis Netherlands expands B2B management team
Mediahuis Netherlands has strengthened its B2B management team with the appointment of Mouringh den Dunnen as National Sales Director, Sander van Gestel as Product Manager, and Elzemieke Olsthoorn as Director of MarCom & Creativity.
This expansion is an important step in the strategy to achieve further growth and innovation within the B2B market. The renewed management structure offers a sharper focus on digital transformation, strategic partnerships, and strengthening the market offering. With their own expertise and experience, the new team members contribute to the further development of Mediahuis Nederland.
Mouringh den Dunnen recently made the switch from his role as Marketing & Sales Director at Mediahuis Radio to Mediahuis Nederland, where he now holds the position of National Sales Director. In this role, he is responsible for managing relationships with media agencies and advertisers. He also remains responsible for revenue streams from radio. With nearly 20 years of experience in the media and in-depth knowledge of the advertising market, Mouringh will play a key role in the further growth and development of the customer portfolio.
Sander van Gestel started as Product Manager on February 1. Prior to that, he worked at VICE Media for over ten years, where he was strategically responsible for all content platforms and B2B products worldwide. With his experience in leading teams and developing innovative strategies, he will make an important contribution to the digital developments at Mediahuis.
Elzemieke Olsthoorn is the new Director of Marketing & Creativity at Mediahuis as of April 1. In this role, she is responsible for managing the marketing team, Wayne Parker Kent, and MHX, Mediahuis' creative studio. Previously, Elzemieke was CMO within the MT of Abovo Maxlead, where she was ultimately responsible for marketing and AM Beyond*, the creative content label of the marketing and media agency. Before that, she held various management roles within B2B teams at publishers such as DPG Media, Sanoma, and Mediahuis.
