De Componist
For the new construction project De Componist in the center of Kerkrade, Brix 3.0 set up a digital content campaign through Mediahuis. The campaign aimed to generate attention for the sale of 40 modern apartments. By using high-quality content and targeted boosters, the campaign managed to reach a large audience and achieve an exceptionally high click-through rate.

Objective
Brix 3.0 wanted to promote the sale of the De Componist apartment complex (40 apartments) to house seekers in the Parkstad region. The project was in a competitive market, where the focus needed to be on visibility, oriëntation and lead generation – without hard sales pressure.

The approach
The campaign targeted home seekers in Parkstad, with an emphasis on Kerkrade. An advertorial on limburger.nl formed the core, driven by banners, newsletter and Facebook. The goal was to lead interested parties through these channels to the landing page and motivate them to sign up for an orientation interview.
