Daily newspaper advertisements can be submitted via our advertisement portal. You will receive a link when you book an ad with us. You can easily download a manual for this.
Delivery specifications per medium
Newspapers
Advertising material should be supplied in PDF format. The current PDF standard for newspapers is GWG2015_NewspaperAds_CMYK. However, the old version 4 (NewspaperAds_1v4) is also still supported.

In the Netherlands, people often talk about a ‘Certified pdf’, but besides the Certified pdf, there are many suppliers who provide products for creating and checking good pdf files. Magazines

Colour
Make sure you have the right colour settings and always use colour profiles that match the chosen printing technique. These profiles can be found at printarena.co.uk. For newspaper and magazine advertisements, look at colour profiles.
Sending specifications
Specifications can be submitted via our advertisement portal. You will receive a link for this when you book an ad with us. All submitted material must be checked for accuracy in advance. This can be verified quickly and easily via our portal. You will immediately see whether the advertisement meets the specifications. If there are any errors or warnings, this is clearly stated. Material submitted via e-mail cannot be guaranteed to be processed timely and properly. Delivery partly depends on the provider. The integrity of graphic files sent via e-mail is not always guaranteed and the permitted file size is limited. Furthermore, verification and feedback regarding correctness in accordance with applicable industry standards is only available via our portal.
